• No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
• This giveaway is open to Kamloops, Shuswap, and Okanagan residents, BC Canada. Entrants can be of any age with the exception of Headshop and Nightclub Gift Certificates where you shall be required to be aged 19 years or over to claim the Gift Certificate. Employees of Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to Armoured Labs, Harfang, Manta, FĒI Boardsports, Monte Creek Winery, 808 Bench, The London Creative, Scotch Creek Hub, Commodore Restaurant and Night Club, Shalon Clarke Group, Bright Eyed Brewing, Let's Move Studio, and Life Ink Tattoo, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• This giveaway will commence at 01 July 2023 12pm PST and all entries must be received by 11:59pm on the closing day of each respective prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
• Entrants may submit only one entry.

• The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winners will be notified via email within 5 days of each respective prize draw. The winner of each prize must claim their prize within 5 working days of the Promoter sending notification and prizes shall be collected by the winner from the local business providing the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
• To obtain details of the winner please email support@armouredlabs.com stating the name of the giveaway in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.

• The main prize winners agree that Armoured Labs can share their first name and city/country publicly. The winners also agree to send Armoured Labs hi-resolution photos taken in good light that contain the winner with their prize. The winners further grant Armoured Labs permission to share this on social media and via other media that Armoured Labs controls. The winners further agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
• By entering the giveaway each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
